새댁들에게 10년차 아지매가 드리는 글
오늘은 일요일인데 아들래미,딸래미 데리고 가게에 와 있습니다.
시어머님은 시이모님 새로 이사하신 집들이 가셨지요.
남편은 진주나 천리길로 일하러 갔구요. 울 남편이 쪼매만 사교성이 좋으면 진주에 계신분들도 만나면 좋은데........
우리 남편이 멀쩡하게 생겨갖고 숫기가 없고 낯선사람하고 쉽게 친하지를 못합니다.
일단 친해지면 죽을때까지 안 헤어지고 뭐 그런 사람이죠...........
친해지기가 어려운 사람이지요.
사인애드 회원님 중에는 새댁들도 있고, 앞으로 새댁이 되실분들도 있지요.
그래서 손님치르는 요령을 적어볼까 합니다.
알아두면 친정에서 뭐 배우고 시집왔느냐는둥 뭐 그런 눈물나는 얘기는 안들을거예요.
참고로 저는 10년차 주부입니다.

일단 겁먹지 마세요.미리 수첩에 장만할 음식다 적고
그외 사야할것들을 적어놓고 날짜별로 할일을 장해 놓으면
반은 이미 끝난 겁니다.
그리고 혼자 너무 씩씩하게 하시지 마세요.
남편도움이 절대적으로 필요 합니다.

장은 재래시장에서 보는방법이 있구요.
대형마트를 이용하시거나 또는 백화점이 있구요.
정 자신이 없고 식구들이 이해를 해준다면 음식을 맞추는 방법도 있습니다.

직접 하신다는걸로 생각을 하면은요.
3일전에 대청소를 합니다.

양념거리도 미리 사다 놓습니다.
음식 한참 하는데 간장이 모자라거나 기름이 모자라는 경우가
종종생기니까 미리 챙겨둡니다.
이때 미리 파도 다져놓고 마늘도 다져놓고 양념 준비해 두면
한결 수월합니다.

2일전 그릇 꺼내서 다 닦아 놓구요.어떤 음식들을 담을건지 정하고
갯수도 확인합니다.상도 꺼내 놓구요.방석도 준비하고
손이 빠르시면 1일전에 나물거리 전거리 사다 하셔도 되구요.
아니면 2일전에 장을 봅니다.
나물거리 전거리 산적거리 국 재료들 손질합니다.
음식하면서 써야할 그외 잡다한 바닥에 깔 신문지,앞치마 채소쿠리 등도
미리 챙깁니다.나물거리 사다 놓으셨으면 다듬어서 냉장고나
다용도실에 보관합니다.쓰레기 봉투도 꼭 챙기시구요.
키친타월 일회용 장갑 다 챙겨둡니다.
냉동실에 보관해 놓은거 냉장실로 옮깁니다.

1일전 내일이니까 무지 바쁩니다.
청소일단 싹 해 놓으시구요.
나물 다듬어 씻어 건지고 그 담엔 전거리 소금뿌려 놓구요.
생선찜을 하실꺼면 생신도 밑간해 두고 밑준비 합니다.
앗! 그 전날 나물거리 손질해 물에 담궈 놓았으면 전거리 먼저
소금뿌려놓고 나물을 합니다.

나물 무치고 볶고 하는 사이에 전거리 간이 배면
그담에 전을 부치는 일이 남습니다.
전을 부칠때는 두부, 호박,생선,육원전 일명 똥그랑땡을 합니다.

장은 님의 사정에 따라 다른데요.
여러번 외출이 힘드시면 마트에서 한꺼번에 사세요.
그게 편합니다.장보러 2~3일씩 나가는게 보통일이 아니거든요.
비용이 걱정이시라면 집근처 재래시장에 나가셔서 한바퀴 도시면서
가격도 비교해 보시고 하면서 하나씩 사셔도 됩니다.

내용이 너무 길어져서 오히려 정리가 않되고
복잡하게 느껴지실지 모르겠네요.

일단은 메모를 꼼꼼히 하세요.사야할거 목록을요.
그담은 몇일은 뭘 해야하는지 적으시구요.
그래서 준비된걸 하나씩 지워 나가는것이 익숙하신 어른들 보시기엔
뭘 그런것까지 저렇게 하나 하시겠지만 첨 하는 사람에겐
훨씬 도움이 됩니다.

시집식구들에게 첫 째로 해야하는 집들이나 시부모님 생신차리는거 야무지게 하면
평생이 조용합니다. 안그러면 두고두고 흉잡히고 욕먹습니다.
시댁이라는데가 원래 그래요. 자기 딸은 계란후라이도 못하는데
며느리는 슈퍼우먼이기를 요구하는 그것이 시댁입니다.
그렇다고 사랑하는 남편 들들 볶지마시고 뽄때를 보여주세요. 찍소리 못하게시리..............
처음 몇번만 해보면 다 도사,박사 됩니다. 첨부터 잘하는 사람 없지요.
저도 갈비찜 몇키로는 갖다버렸지요. 몰래몰래........왜?......실패했거덩요.......
그러나 몇년뒤에는 척척 되더만요. 겁먹지 마시고 용기를 가지시고 철저한 계획과 메모를 한다면 성공합니다.
음식내는 순서도 잘생각하세요. 이것저것 죽 늘어놓으면 뜨거운거는 식어버리고, 차가운거는 미지근하고
촉촉한거는 말라버리고 아무리 잘차려도 엉망되지요.
유명한 한정식에 가서 어떤 순서로 나오는지 뭐가 나오는지 다 빼놓지말고 적구요. 필요하면 디카로 찍구요.
요리법도 물어보시구요. 안가르켜주면 주인오라고 배짱튕겨서 주인에게 애교스럽게 질문하세요.
유명한집에는 친절하게 다 가르쳐줍디다. 유명세를 괜히 물겠습니까? 그러니 부지런을 떨어야 합니다.
나무밑에 앉아서 입딱 벌리고 있으면 친정언니나 엄마가 몰래 도와주지만
그러지 마시고 일찌감치 내 실력을 개발하셔요. 그래야 남편이 나를 우러러봅니다. 실력있는 부인이라고..........
쥐뿔도 없으면서 남편에게 큰소리치면 별로 효과없읍니다.
내힘으로 그런 대소사를 뻑쩍지근하지는 않더라도 간소하게나마 오로지 내힘으로 성공시키는 저력을 보여줘야
내 바가지가 먹혀들어갑니다. 주부도 실력이 있어야 집안사람들에게 인정받거든요.
시댁에서 인정받으면 얼마나 편한지 모르시죠? 그야말로 고속도로처럼 쫙 뚫립니다.
